Join Domain:

Entries should be made in the NT Authentication Server Details frame of the Authentication Settings window only if the domain is an NT domain.

NOTE: The account that is provided for accessing the Windows server must have the administrative rights to add a machine account to the specified domain on the ProxyBlocker. This requirement ensures the ProxyBlocker will be able to authenticate users from the Windows domain.

Enter Domain Criteria
In the NT Authentication Server Details frame:

1. Enter the alphanumeric Name of Domain on which this server resides, using capital letters.

NOTE: When setting up the NT domain in the Group section of the GUI, the name entered for the Domain Name must be the same name entered in the Name of Domain field in this window.

2. Using capital letters, enter up to 15 alphanumeric characters of the PDC NetBIOS Name, which is the computer name of the authentication server, or Primary Domain Controller.
3. Enter the PDC IP Address, which is the authentication server's IP address.
4. Enter the Administrator Username and Administrator Password.

Save Entries, Join the Domain
Click Join Domain to save your entries and to submit a request for the ProxyBlocker to join the domain.

TIP: If entries in the NT Authentication Server Details frame are modified after joining the domain, you must join the domain again.

NOTE: Click Save if you are only pre-configuring the box. This option lets you save credentials without re-entering the information each time the domain is joined, or if the ProxyBlocker gets out of sync with the Primary Domain Controller.
