M86 Security Training Programs
M86 Security provides comprehensive technology and product training for our customers and channel partners as well as for distributors. These informative, hands-on training sessions enable IT administrators, operators and sales engineers to become proficient in M86 Security technologies. Led by knowledgeable instructors, trainings can be conducted at M86 regional training centers or on-location at a customer site, when applicable.
For new and existing sales professionals who want in-depth selling points for M86 Security Web and email products, we also offer helpful sales training.
Course Delivery Type
Classroom (face-to-face)
Personalized instruction and face-to-face interaction with instructors gives you the opportunity to interact and share ideas with peers while learning from their questions and examples, as well as hands-on Labs experience. The traditional classroom training is conducted in one of the M86 Security offices or on the customer premises.
M86 University - Computer Based Training (E-learning LMS based)
When attending the CBT program, the trainee can control the pace of the training and can receive the training regardless of where they're located. E-learning can then fit into a busy schedule with participation at hours that are personally convenient directly from the trainee's desk.
In both delivery types, the Certification exam is the final step.
Certification Programs
CSP (Certified Sales Professional)
The M86 Security CSP Certification Program provides participants with a working knowledge of the key selling points of each Mail/Web product line. This course is aimed at Sales Engineers and Sales People, it is designed to impart the fundamentals of Sales.

CSE (Certified Sales/Support Engineer)
The M86 Security CSE Certification Program provides participants with a working knowledge of the operational and maintenance principles of each Mail/Web product line. This course is aimed at Sales/Support Engineers and is designed to impart the following basic knowledge:
- Understanding the functionality of the Mail/Web products
- Familiarity with the general security network infrastructure and understanding the flow of data within the network
- Required knowledge to maintain and support the Mail/Web products
In addition, advanced training is available for some products. The Advance Training course expands upon the basic operational and maintenance principles provided in the CSE certification program, with particular emphasis on large deployments and advanced management tasks. This oneday course is aimed at network engineers with a good working knowledge of the specific product, and requires CSE certification in order to participate.
