Marshal Announces General Availability of Email Security Appliance

Basingstoke, 08 October 2007 - Secure email and Internet gateway security provider Marshal announced today the general availability of its new ‘best of both world’s’ security appliance MailMarshal e10000, which delivers its market-leading MailMarshal SMTP software on an appliance platform, providing customers flexibility of software and convenience of hardware, the best of both worlds. Being a single function device with a hardened operating system, MailMarshal e10000 delivers the ease of installation and low administration overhead of an appliance, with the flexibility, scalability and depth of functionality from MailMarshal software. The security appliance is the most recent product to be delivered as part of Marshal’s multi-platform strategy, including Marshal’s hosted email security solution MailMarshal Service Provider Edition, which enables SMEs to benefit from Marshal’s enterprise-level software via service providers.
