John Vigouroux

John Vigouroux

Chief Executive Officer

John Vigouroux is M86 Security's chief executive officer. He joined the company in April of 2009 to execute the company's growth plan and manage overall operations. John brings with him over 25 years of technology industry experience in large and small companies, the last 19 years in Silicon Valley. He has a proven track record in the information security industry of increasing top and bottom line results, most recently as President and CEO of Finjan, an enterprise Web security company headquartered in San Jose, California. Vigouroux has also successfully led public companies as President and COO of Tumbleweed Communications, an established leader in messaging security. He joined Tumbleweed through the company's 2002 merger with publicly traded Valicert, where Vigouroux served as President and CEO. John grew up in the U.S. and Europe. He is an alumni, Trustee, Executive Committee member and also inducted into the Athletic Hall of fame of Averett University.




Bruce Green

Chief Operating Officer

Bruce Green is Chief Operating Officer and responsible for M86's global operations including research and development, customer support, IT and business infrastructure. With more than 30 years of experience in the IT Services and Communication sector, Green is instrumental in driving maximum performance through the implementation of commercially-focused financial and operational controls and processes. Green has a proven industry record in successfully driving performance improvement, aligning people, processes and cultures in global business environments which were critical to the successful integration of Finjan into the M86 organization. In addition, Green is also responsible for the company's growth in the International region. Prior to M86, Green was COO/CFO at Marshal and held senior executive positions for finance or operations at multinational organizations including BT Global Services, Syntegra and BT (CBP) Ltd.




Rodney S. Miller

Rodney S. Miller

Chief Financial Officer

As chief financial officer of M86 Security, Rod Miller holds management responsibility for all company finance functions including overseeing the controller, budget, investor relations, tax and internal audits. Miller brings over 23 years of operational and financial management experience to his role and provides support, advice and resource allocation recommendations to executive management worldwide. Miller previously served as CFO at several high-growth companies, including WorkAlert Inc., National Tour Inc. and HemoTherapies Inc. Miller started his career at Ernst & Young where he served as an auditor and information systems specialist staff accountant, and was a member of the Entrepreneurial Services Group. Miller holds a B.S. degree in Accounting and a Master of Accountancy with an emphasis in Information Technology, both from Brigham Young University.




Marcio Lempert

Senior Vice President, EMEA Sales & GM, Israel Operations

Marcio Lempert brings close to 20 years of experience in management positions in hi-tech companies, in Israel and the U.S., and an extensive background in international sales, marketing and general management. Lempert was most recently general manager of international sales and Israel operations at Finjan. Prior to joining Finjan Software, Lempert was V.P. Sales & Marketing at Electronics Line 3000 Ltd., where he was responsible for managing the overall sales and marketing activities of the company with a turnover of close to $40M in over 65 countries. Prior to joining EL3K, Lempert held the position of CEO of GoNet Channels and from 1996-2000, he worked as V.P. Sales & Marketing at MAVIX. Prior to MAVIX, Lempert worked in the position of Sales & Marketing Director Asia Pacific at RAD Data Communications and seven years at Orbotech Inc. (Nasdaq: ORBK), in the US, as a Customer Support Manager. Lempert received his B.Sc. degree in Management from Lesley College and has a degree in Electronics Engineering.




Thom Linden

Thom Linden

Senior Vice President, Global Research and Development

Thom Linden has global responsibility for driving delivery and technical leadership across all M86 products and services including the M86 Security Labs which provides customers with continuous security updates and shares its deep security expertise and analysis on emerging threats and security trends with the industry. Linden brings experience in advanced technology architectures, development and methodology. Prior to M86, Linden served as VP of Engineering for WatchGuard Technologies where he built an international team and transformed the UTM firewall products. As CTO of Command Audio, Linden developed and launched an award winning multimedia system used by digital broadcast systems including satellite, DAB and HD Radio. Linden also held executive positions at Oracle and IBM and has an M.S. in Computer Science from Stanford University and a B.A. in Mathematics from San Jose State University. He holds seven U.S. patents and has eight patents pending.




Paul D. Myer

Senior Vice President, Corporate Development

As Senior Vice President, Corporate Development, Paul Myer has worldwide responsibility for mergers, acquisitions, strategic alliances and partnerships. In addition, Myer is responsible for the channel business in the Americas, building strong relationships with partners to bring M86's products and services to the market. Myer is a technology industry veteran who brings over 24 years of channel management, sales, marketing and business development experience to M86 Security. Myer previously served as President and COO at 8e6 Technologies and he has held senior management positions with leading technology companies. Myer's prior experience includes business development positions with RLX Technologies, the pioneer in high-density server blades, and he served as V.P. Sales for GoShip.com, Internet shipping and logistics start-up. At NEC Technologies, Myer directed sales and marketing for the Display, Server and Imaging Divisions. While at Compaq Computer, he handled both channel and direct sales responsibilities for all products. Myer holds a B. A. degree in International Relations from Brigham Young University, and an MBA from Pepperdine University.




Bradley Anstis

Bradley Anstis

Vice President, Technical Strategy

Bradley Anstis is responsible for Technical Strategy at M86 Security and primary spokesperson for the company on aspects related to the evolution of the technical and strategic product direction beyond the immediate roadmap. In this role Anstis evaluates new technologies and products that could enhance or extend the core M86 product line Anstis also serves as the primary spokesperson on all topics relevant to the M86 Security Labs, which provides 24/7 monitoring of email and Internet traffic to ensure that M86 keeps ahead of emerging threats, security trends and market requirements to provide solutions that protect customers from the latest threats and attacks to their electronic communication channels. Anstis is a regular speaker at global industry and security conferences talking about new malware threats and the evolution of cybercrime; and is frequently featured in security publications. Anstis is a 20 year veteran of the IT industry and and a leading authority on the topic of Internet threats and cybercrime. Prior to his current role, Anstis was VP of Products at Marshal and also held various technical management positions with Protocom Development Systems and Citrix in Asia Pacific.




Eitan Chen

Eitan Chen

Vice President, Global Technical Support

Eitan Chen is responsible for managing the global Technical Support organization; focusing on delivering a positive support experience and customer satisfaction with M86 solutions. Furthermore, Chen is also head of Technical Training in M86; developing product training courses and certifications for channel partners and customers. He brings over 15 years of experience in multinational hi-tech organizations defining and building processes as well as infrastructure to deliver successful technical support and services for customers. Prior to M86, Chen was the head of the Global Customer Support organization at Finjan Software Ltd responsible for technical support, professional services, TAM and training activities. He began his technical support career at Check Point Software Technologies, where he held various management positions, including establishing and managing the Premium Support Desk. Chen holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Business degree (honors) with an emphasis on Information Systems, both from the College of Management Academic Studies (COMAS).




Werner Thalmeier

Werner Thalmeier

Vice President, Product Management

As the Vice President of Product Management, Werner Thalmeier is responsible for the company's product management team and specifying and directing the company's product roadmap. Thalmeier's experience crosses both email and web security markets with more than 20 years of work in the IT industry. Thalmeier's background includes field experience working with customers, technology partners and resellers in management and engineering roles. Prior to joining M86 Security, Thalmeier lead the product management team at Finjan where he helped to create the company's strategy in the secure Web gateway market. Previously, he also managed the worldwide sales engineering team at Finjan.
