Channel Marketing Manager
The Channel Marketing Manager is responsible for working in a cross-functional environment with sales, marketing, training, and product management to create and implement channel-friendly programs that will contribute to the success of M86 products.
As part of the marketing team, you will work in a dynamic environment focused on growing M86's security solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute channel specific sales & marketing programs and channel promotional plans.
- Establish incentive programs
- Develop tools to increase partner effectiveness in selling and marketing M86 Security's solutions
- Increase mindshare on partner sales floor by offering training and promotional activities
- Manage M86's online partner support/resource center
- Leverage channel media to position the M86 Security's partner program "PartnerFocus" as profitable and "channel friendly"
- Track and report on the effectiveness of channel marketing initiatives
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience working with technology channels including resellers, value added resellers, direct marketing resellers and system integrators.
- Proven history of success in developing and establishing marketing programs, sales support tools and running channel projects.
- Ability to work in cross-team environments.
- Experience working with security software, appliances or SaaS-based services a plus.
- Self-motivated, innovative person with analytical, problem solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt to and drive changes and new ideas.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and organizational skills.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
