Simon Wilson

Chairman M86 Security

Simon is Chairman of M86 Security and currently CEO at The MediaTile Company, a leading provider of cellular digital signage. Previously he served on the Board of SurfControl for six years as CFO and EVP Operations, until the company was acquired by Websense in 2007. Before joining SurfControl, Simon was a partner in the US Corporate Finance Practice at KPMG, specializing in advising software and IT services companies. Simon has also served on the board of Workshare, a provider of content risk management solutions, since 2005 as an independent director and Chairman of the Audit Committee. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales, a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and holds a Bcomm (Honours) from Birmingham University, UK.


Alex A. Rogers

Managing Director, HarbourVest Partners (U.K.) Limited

Alex Rogers is a managing director who joined the firm in 1998. He focuses on direct investments in growth equity, buyout, and mezzanine transactions in Europe and other non-U.S. regions. Alex completed HarbourVest's associate program in 2000 and went on to Harvard Business School. After receiving his MBA, he joined HarbourVest's London-based subsidiary and has been instrumental in expanding the direct investment team in London. Alex serves as a board member or board observer at Finjan, Linpac, MobileAccess Networks, Nero AG, Panda Software, Transmode Systems, TynTec, and World-Check. His previous experience includes two years with McKinsey & Company. Alex received a BA (summa cum laude) in Economics from Duke University in 1996 and an MBA from Harvard Business School in 2002, where he graduated with high distinction and was named a Baker Scholar. Alex speaks French.


James Socas

James Socas is a Non-Executive Director at M86 Security. Previously, he led corporate development at Symantec where he was responsible for mergers and acquisitions, venture investments, and strategic alliances. Prior to Symantec, James was a Managing Director and investment banker at Credit Suisse First Boston and Donaldson, Lufkin Jenrette where he advised many leading software companies in their strategic initiatives. James currently serves as a General Partner at Updata Partners, a venture capital firm focused on the information technology industry. He has also worked on the staff of the U.S. Senate Banking Committee and currently serves on the State of Virginia's Board of Corrections. James holds an MBA from Harvard University and a BA from the University of Virginia, USA.


John Vigouroux

Chief Executive Officer, M86 Security

John Vigouroux is M86 Security's chief executive officer. He joined the company in April of 2009 to execute the company's growth plan and manage overall operations. John brings with him over 25 years of technology industry experience in large and small companies, the last 19 years in Silicon Valley. He has a proven track record in the information security industry of increasing top and bottom line results, most recently as President and CEO of Finjan, an enterprise Web security company headquartered in San Jose, California. Vigouroux has also successfully led public companies as President and COO of Tumbleweed Communications, an established leader in messaging security. He joined Tumbleweed through the company's 2002 merger with publicly traded Valicert, where Vigouroux served as President and CEO. John grew up on the U.S. East Coast and Europe and holds a BA in Organizational Behavior & Development from Averett University where he is a Trustee, Executive Committee member and also inducted into their Athletic Hall of fame. John holds an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University.


Mahendra Vora

Non-Executive Director, M86 Security

Mahendra Vora is a serial entrepreneur, who helped co-found and sell multiple successful technology ventures to Fortune 500 companies over the past 15 years and has held senior management positions at large global organizations. Mr. Vora has extensive experience developing Information Technology solutions for many multi-billion dollar organizations across the world. In 2005, he ranked #294 on INC. 500 as the Founder and Chairman of Intelliseek. Mr. Vora holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics and Communications from India.


Philip Weston

Non-Executive Director, M86 Security

Philip Weston is a non-executive Director at M86 Security. He is currently a senior partner at Kelso Place Asset Management, a London-based private equity firm. Philip is and has been a Board member of many private companies in a variety of different business sectors. Previously, Philip held senior positions in M&A, strategy, financial planning and control at Trafalgar House plc, Kvaerner ASA, Prebon Group Ltd and British Gas plc. Prior to joining M86 Security, Philip served as Chairman of the Board at Marshal. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant at Deloitte and has an honours degree in Chemical Physics from the University of Bristol, UK.
