HOWTO: Go to assist/gotomeeting.com problem

  • R3000 All 

Question:

  • If you are having problems connecting to gotoassist thin clients, chances are we need to exclude the ip ranges of their servers

         Here is the link to their current ranges   citrixonline.com/iprange

        Next pullup the filter GUI and go to Group>Global Group>Range to detect, if you have ranges then continue by selecting Modify>Start the wizard setup. This will take you to step 6 below. Just add the ranges in the Destination IP  Exclude IP  area shown below:

After entering ranges please go to step 6 and finish, changes are immediate. test your blocking to make sure you did not affect your regular filtering by entering wrong settings. please call tech support if this is confusing for clarification.
